About Us

Construction on Kurrajong Sanctuary started in 2003 and we are very proud of our address and lupoitalianoorg so are our residents. They all have the pleasure of living in one of Queensland finest villages.

Our amenities are second to none and by clicking the "LIFESTYLE´ button above you will be able to see for yourself.

Our boundary is fully fenced with a security gate at the entrance. We offer 24 hour, seven days a week on site management because your security and safety is something we take seriously.

You can relax and enjoy your stroll around Kurrajong Sanctuary because we have a "no dogs and cats" policy.

When did you last go for a walk without being concerned about your neighbourhood dogs?

Our range of homes for sale provide a wide choice from, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom, whichever is suitable for you. "A lot of home for little cost". To look at any of our homes for sale please click the Kurrajong button at the top right of this page under Houses for sale.

What about the cost of all that we have to offer?

Apart from the $378.38(CPI adj. Annually) fortnightly site leasing fee there are no other outgoings such as; body corporate fees, deferred management fees, land tax, garbage charges, stamp duty, legal fees. All you will have to pay for is your own electricity, telephone, gas, water and home insurance. If you would like your lawns mowed this is a $11.23 charge per fortnight.

Of course Centrelink housing rent rebate applies to eligible pensioners. For details about Centrelink please click here.

You can sell your home at any time you wish without incurring any "deferred payment" charges or "Exit Fees" or any other tax on your own hard earned assets.

Any profit you make on the sale price over the original purchase price of your home is yours to keep. We can even help you to sell. (Normal real estate commissions apply).

Mail: is delivered directly to you own mail box by Australia Post.

Lawns: We will even take this worry from you for a small cost, as we employ a contractor who maintains home owners lawns, he even whipper snips the edges.

Visitors: All family and gasteiz cup com friends are welcome, either for a day's visit or a longer stay and all the facilities are available to your visitors if accompanied by the home owner. (Some restrictions apply on children using equipment).
